Since our products are personalized, returns are generally not accepted unless:

 

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The engraving does not match your submitted design/photo

Shipping Policy

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard delivery time (USA): 5–9 business days

  • Free shipping for orders over $35

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

Customization & Approval

  • Customers are responsible for submitting correct and high-quality photos

  • Optional preview is available during checkout

  • Once engraving has begun, changes are no longer possible
